SAFETY RECALL - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer
Product Safety Commission, Jewelry Designs by Dara
Krovetz, www.jewelryandbabyblingbydara.com, d/b/a
Lindakcreations on Ebay, d/b/a Dara43 on Etsy.com is
voluntarily recalling the Baby Bling Swarovski Crystal
Pacifiers. These pacifiers failed to meet federal safety
standards for pacifiers. The pacifiers’ crystals can
separate easily, posing an aspiration and ingestion hazard
to young children. The crystals were glued on the
pacifier’s handle and guard. The pacifiers were sold from
June 2006 through March 2007 for .99 to $39.99 that
includes shipping and handling. If you still have the
pacifiers we ask that you immediately stop use and
return them for a full refund including shipping and
handling cost. Consumers can call the company collect
